Pearl Groups Inc. was started by Masi Ghafuri, an architect and professional project manager. We started the company because they couldn’t shake the vision of wanting to see a company that can do it all in-house without the hassle and headaches of dealing with poor workmanship. They were tired of hearing negative feedback about contractors in the construction industry and wanted to do something about it, Pearl Groups Inc. has since won a few awards for work and management and has added 30 team members who share this passion since 2015. Each day we continue to grow with a goal focused on constant improvement.

We are always looking for additional skilled team members with hands-on experience who are fast learners and share the same love for building homes as we do.
